Meet Kelli

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site! I’m Kelli and I am the owner of Kelli C Designs. By trade, I am a teacher who loves to help children excel in life. I am naturally crafty so digital design was a natural evolution for me. I began making cards by hand for loved ones and as technology evolved, so did I! Today I am enjoying using the computer to bring all of my visions and those of my clients to life.

I began doing party invitations 18 years ago when I decided I would rather do it myself than pay somebody else to do it. What I found out was that I loved it! In a way, designing party invitations and cards was therapeutic. Upon the request of friends and loved ones, I began to provide invitations for all type of events.

Of all the projects I produce, I’ve been asked which is my favorite. I have to say that I have a special place in my heart for the design of funeral programs, they are my favorite product by far. There’s something about bringing a person to life one last time to honor them for family and friends that makes my heart smile. I do not take this responsibility lightly and I am honored to be able to walk with my clients through one of the hardest times of their lives. We always come out on the other side with a beautiful product.

As I considered the pros and cons about moving forward with a business and not just something I do on the side, I was confronted with the scripture from Exodus 4:2 when God asked Moses “What is that in your hand?” If you don’t know the story, God used the rod Moses was holding to perform miracles for the children of Israel. This reminded me that all I need is in my hand and it’s time for me to honor the gift God has given me and use the creativity in these hands to celebrate people everywhere for all occasions!
